If the user purchases a property through Stella Nova Real Estate LLC after receiving full client assistance, the service is considered entirely free of charge. In this case, no service fee or additional payment obligation applies. If the user does not purchase a property through Stella Nova Real Estate LLC but uses the company’s personal services, a fee of 350 AED per hour will be invoiced based on the nature and duration of the services provided.
Before a personal meeting or for consultation purposes, Stella Nova Real Estate LLC offers phone or online (WhatsApp, Google Meet) advisory services. If the client purchases a property through Stella Nova Real Estate LLC following the consultation, the full consultation fee will be refunded to the client. The company reserves the right to require prior appointment scheduling and upfront payment via bank transfer or online payment.
This service is not part of the free 30-minute consultation offered by Stella Nova Real Estate LLC. Online and phone consultations are paid services that include detailed professional guidance, market analysis, and personalized advice. The fee for online and phone consultation is 350 AED per hour.
Stella Nova Real Estate LLC reserves the right to pursue unpaid service fees through legal processes under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the user expressly agrees that Stella Nova Real Estate LLC may process and share necessary personal data solely for legal procedures related to unpaid fees, with legal representatives or competent authorities.
The company will always send a prior payment notice to the email address/phone number provided, offering an opportunity for voluntary settlement before initiating legal action.
Any costs incurred during legal proceedings, including administrative, collection, and legal fees, shall be borne by the client.
